Before coming to the Thomas A. Duke Company, John laid a solid foundation for his understanding of the real estate business by working in the building industry. There he developed insight and skill in the sales and marketing of new construction, which has been invaluable to his practice of real estate brokerage. He is particularly keen to assist buyers and sellers of vacant land, though his expertise extends to retail and office property sales also. The area John knows especially well is southern Livingston County, where he has lived for the past 14 years.
Working in Washtenaw County, Sarah Grabinski specializes in office and retail property in the Ann Arbor-Saline area, the sale of vacant land for residential and commercial development, as well as apartments and student housing surrounding the University of Michigan. Her most recent transactions, in fact, include the sale of several such student-housing portfolios. In addition, she represented Dynex Industries in the lease and subsequent purchase of a 15,000 square-foot building in the Avis Farms office park and facilitated the first non-bank sale in three years of vacant land for housing development in Pittsfield Township.
